In the small cute town Vík which is approximately 50 minutes west from my farm is both the supermarket Krónan and selection of good restaurants.

Located in the middle of the town is the supermarket Krónan, with good selection and same prices as in the capital. 

Black Crust Pizza

New and exciting pizza restaurant in Vík, Iceland in the beautiful surroundings of the black sand beach. We serve quality pizzas, black crust, sour dough or gluten free.

Smiðjan brewery

Brewpub/restaurant, if you like juicy burgers and craftbeers this is the place

In the nearest town to the farm Kirkjubæjarklaustur which is approximately 30 minutes East from the farm you can find a convenience store called Gvendarkjör and selection of great restaurants.

Gvendarkjör is a locally owned grocery store in Kirkjubæjarklaustur, Iceland. Simple selection and limited opening hours, best to see on google maps.
